We're seeking an Experience Director (UX) for our FinTech client, to help design new product offerings and features in a highly Agile, iterative fashion, both for financial planners, as well as consumers. It's very much the best of both worlds - an agency-influenced approach with a startup culture, and the hefty backing of the large financial institution that acquired them and is eagerly incorporating their innovative influence and products.
Their co-leaders of design are incredible - two women with illustrious educational and professional backgrounds, who are both incredibly approachable and care deeply for the team - and the company has fantastic female leadership at the C-level and beyond. Their design team is one of the largest in the city, with 75+ people and growing.
You'll be working with the talented Group Experience Director within their large UX team, to help lead and design new product offerings and features in a highly Agile, iterative fashion for both consumers, and for financial planners. You’ll help recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage UX designers, and help drive the future of multiple digital products. As a thought leader, you’ll help plan and drive the short-, medium, and long-term future of the product, including high-level vision. You have the polish and client-facing chops to present and sell-in concepts to internal high-level stakeholders, and will collaborate with other design directors and leadership across the company.
